Holly brings over two decades of experience recruiting in Life Sciences for some of the most sought-after positions in the industry. She has developed a deep professional network and specialization in placing physician executives across all functions of R&D, including translational medicine, clinical development, drug safety, and medical affairs across many therapeutic areas and modalities. Holly is widely respected for her integrity, technical expertise, creativity, and commitment to culture and building deep connections with candidates and companies alike. 

As the Founder and President of HarmoniaBio, Holly channels her heart-centered and fiercely tenacious approach into every aspect of her work and life. Harmonia, a name chosen to reflect her commitment to creating harmony between talent and opportunity, embodies her mission to align individuals with roles they can thrive in. Holly leads with purpose, regularly spearheading new initiatives that create HarmoniaBio’s conscious culture and guiding physicians and executives into roles that foster growth for companies, cultures, and careers alike.

Outside of work, you’ll find Holly participating in sporting activities with her husband, Jeff and teenage sons, Aidan and Noah. Holly is an avid practitioner of Krav Maga and boxing. Juliana is an experienced Executive Recruiter with over a decade of expertise in the Life Sciences sector.
